Short-term contract working as non-executive marketing director to evaluate new markets for defence contracts company.

In 2005 we defined the knowledge management strategy for a 400-strong Global SAP project team in Shell's Downstream business and implemented a Livelink document management system. In 2006 we won a year-long contract to deliver an ongoing Livelink training programme.

Acted as advisors to Blue Square CEO on ‘over the horizon’ strategies for Internet, IDTV, mobile, and Contact Centre technologies, leading up to the betting company's acquisition by Rank for £65M in 2004.

Developed new (v6.0) Enterprise product roadmap in 2002 for Sage Enterprise Solutions
