TKF was founded in 1995 to help companies to understand how to use new technology to enhance their businesses.

TKF has since developed into two parts:

TKF Networks to distribute Telkonet Power Line Communication solutions

TKF Professional to provide IT consulting services in a wide range of technology sectors

Leighton King, founder and managing director has a lifetime's experience of networking and data communications, winning the Queen's Award for Technology in 1987.
